GM Decree #5 (Wow, four pages on first day?)
The Karakuri who were assigned to tidy up the guest area finish their job, and go to the leader to ask if there was anything they could do.
Raccoon Leader: "Hmm, There IS something you could do, something that we ourselves could never do. You see, although we have great magic, the Kyaranth cant understand that we can use magic, and therefore cant understand us. We want them to become our mounts, but every time we go there, we get kicked out because of our small size. You, on the other hand, could easily walk in and take 10 of them back here. If you do this for us, you can have 5 of the Kyaranth to use as mounts and to do your bidding. We will also teach you some basic magic, when I say basic I mean bending the wills of very small creatures. Alas, the Kyaranth are to big for us to control. Will you accept?"
The Hulnak Stanley accidentally infects his brethren with the Oidip disease, and then all of the Hulnaks go to the squid guard with fish bits as an offering. They are let through, and the Hulnak make their way to the Squid leader, Squidly.
Squidly: "From what I've heard from the guards, you wish for a diplomatic relationship with us. If you wish for us to share all of our knowledge with you, you must prove your worth once more. We wish to find a way to conquer those who are on land, to make them bow to our supreme will. They will become slaves to us, and we shall rip their knowledge from their minds using our magics. We will teach you magic. If you want for us to help you, find a way for us to get on land. Until then, Goodbye."
The Hulnaks were ushered into the sea, wondering what to do.
The Oidip disease split into many variations, to seemingly help the Hulnak.
The Oidip Nervo made the Hulnak smarter, helping them find a way to breath out of water.
The Oidip Plantis would eventually give the Hulnak extra energy, once it was spread around enough.
The Oidip Stanlo Funglite fed on dead plants, and was feeding on books, infecting the entire library. Many squids were infected by the Stanlo Funglite.
Points:
Evanm7: 2 for gaining knowledge on the Kyaranth and possibly befriending the Raccoons even more.
Willy DeWulfe: 3 for becoming far smarter due to Oidip and possibly becoming better allies with the squids.
Oidip: 6 ( ;D) for infecting the Hulnaks and many squids.

@wulfe I could create a new variation on the squids skin to take oxygen in from the air.
Or would you like to propose a better system.

Orders for Esteemed Karakuri Shogun 00 "Of course! We owe you much for letting us shelter here. So much, indeed, that you may keep the other Kyarnanth. We do not need them."
After saying this, the Shogun shall leave and gather 3 of his men. He leaves one behind to further help the raccoons.
He will then travel to the Kyaranth's home and take control of as many Kyranath as they can handle- not just ten. They will then bring them back to the raccoons.
Repairs to the Karakuri machines -2 Points: Further mechanize the Karakuri internal structure. That's five points poured towards it.

The Hulnaks need a way to breathe on the land, so they endeavor to make water bladders. They have been feeling quite smart lately.
The Hulanaks name the fish they have been hunting "Chewins" and the bud reeds are named "Reeds". Using Chewin skins stitched together with reeds and chewin bone needles, the Hulnaks create Water Bladders.
The Hulnaks can wear these bladders over their mouths and fill them with water. This allows them to crawl onto land and breathe for short periods of time.
The Hulnaks feel a strange sensation in their lower areas. 2 more tentacles sprout. This makes 4 total tentacles.
The Hulnaks return to Squidly telling him of their invention. They volunteer a brave Hulnak, "Ligar", to be the first terra-naut and test the invention for the Squids.

If I kill some creatures then do I get more points? Also how many points would it take to create Oidip midichlorians?

I'm spending my last point on my brain again.
My species has changed quite a bit, so I'm gonna remake the Species Sheet.
Species: Hulnaks Mouth: Omnivorous. 1pt. Fish Tail: Enables decently fast swimming. 1pt. Tentacles (4): Can curl around to manipulate objects. Not really hands, but still useful. 4 pts. Eye (1): Enables sight. Poor depth perception. 1pt. Brain: Can make tools. 9 pts. + Oidip Nervo Bonus
Diet: Chewins (small fish) and Reeds (the buds).
Tools: Water Bladders (allow short time on land) and Netting.

GM Decree #6
The Karakuri accept the Raccoon leaders offer, and go to the Kyaranth home. They leave one Karakuri with the Raccoons to help with other jobs, which means four of them go to the Kyaranth home. Each of them manage to get 3, and the leader manages to get 4, and they all bring 13 Kyaranth back to the Raccoons. On the way back, the leader is hit by a stone that seems to have come from nowhere. They decline the Raccoons offer of taking 5 Kyaranth.
Raccoon Leader: "Alright, I will teach you basic magic. To control the minds of small creatures, you must imagine that you ARE the creatures, you must imagine how it would feel to move as them and how it would feel to simply be them. Remember, practice makes perfect, dont expect to get it on your first try."
The Karakuri go to the guest area, all practicing their basic magic on some insects. They also feel slightly smarter (As if you put one point in brain) because of the magic.
The Hulnaks use their new-found smartness to make an invention called water bladders, which would allow them to breath on land for short periods of time. It was far from complete, but they report it to Squidly.
Squidly: "This is great! Not even our greatist scientists could make something like this, but you managed to get it right in a short amount of time......Or did you? You in the back, test it."
The Hulnak Ligar is chosen to test this, and bids farewell to his Hulnak friends, puts the water bladder on, and goes on land. He can breath, but he cant seem to move properly. All of a sudden, as if to help him, two tentacles grow in his lower areas, along with all the other Hulnaks. He attempts to move, and finds he can move around. He grabs a stone and throws it at some metallic creature dragging some other strange land creature around, and realizes his water is running out. He dives back down, and reports his success and how he made contact, however slight, with some strange metallic creature.
The Oidip virus continues spreading, but besides that remains dormant.
Points:
Evanm7: 6 from becoming smarter, becoming better friends with raccoons, and learning basic magic.
Willy DeWulfe: 8 From the continued influence of the Oidip virus, earning the squids trust, and becoming the first water creature to go on land.
Oidip: 10 from continued spreading and unspent points from last round. And Oidip, yes, killing things will help you earn points. And Oidip, to become a weak version of the Force (That is what your talking about, right?) it would take 15 points. You would basically be able to move things around and have a version of the Mind Trick force power from TFU2 which would work like Evans magic.

The tentacle he threw the rock with was a new one. It is covered with fresh limb slime which contained some Oidip Originalis This means the rock also had some on it. It variates into:
Oidip Hydrodrilline - 2pt
It absorbs moisture from the air and uses it to slowly rust through the metal. It contains Genetic information for all other variations of Oidip.
I'll offer you the same deal I offered wulfe. 1 chance.
Meanwhile on some infected fish...
Oidip BastardKill -1pt
Uses a thing probascious to suck sugars from the host. Then multiplys rapidly and clogs up gills. Wait for another fish to eat corpse.

Repairs to the Esteemed Karakuri -5 points. Become completely metal. Save 1 point. Try infecting me now, Oidip! Hah!
Orders for the esteemed Karakuri 00 Shogun 2 of the Karakuri will rest in shifts, while the rest work. Due to their robotic endurance, the Karakuri can stay up longer then other species. The other 3 Karakuri once more ask the raccoon leader for work.

Yeah, with my recent points, I'm completely immune to your viruses. Take that.
Just to make sure... -1 Point: Make the skin of the Karakuri periodically regenerated and cleaned

Looks like I am going to have to science it up.
Look at latest post I had a better idea.
I am assuming to be a strong metal you have some form of carbon alloy? Yes?
Well then...
Oidip CarbonicDrill It is an ugrade from Hydrodrill. So the 2 points from that apply. -4pts
Using the genetic information of Oidip Plantis it gains the ability to photosynthenise providing it with energy. It also absorbs H2O from the air.
With the previosuly mentioned energy it rips carbon atoms from your armor.
At the same time it fills in the niche it made from ripping apart your armor. Thus making it hard to clean.
Carbon+Hydrogen+Oxygen=Carbonic Acid
All in all this is a 6pt Bacteria.
