If you look at Notch's blog, you'll see that sneaking player's names can no longer be seen through walls and whatnot. This opens up a whole new level of strategies. Post your ideas here!

This will make ambushes and assassinations possible for one.

How many blows from a diamond sword will it take to kill a player?

I'm guessing two or three, but probably not any more than that assuming they have no armor.

"they can't infiltrate what they can't find". take this lesson to heart, for the KS was BUILT on that principle.

I use stealth alot on Sacred Labyrinth. I pretty much go sneaking behind someone, typing "I shall feast on your bones!" in all caps or something like that, owning them with an awesome wood sword, and then going Stealth Kill! Its pretty fun. I even got a couple diamond swords, but the two people I got them from kind of hunted me down since it was so near spawn.
