To my knowledge Evan killed Dhk and took his stuff after he dhk said truce. I'm not sure about the whole story and I'll Dhk and collin to say something here.

Evan attacked DHK(fellow squid) while he was building a squid town. This was totally uncalled for and then Evan proceeded to act like a complete asshole to DHK and fellow squids. I call for removal.

I dont want him to get removed. I feel like hunting him down and killing him and robbing him when he has alot of stuff. Not up to me I guess though. Basically, what happened was me and Evan were pretty much having a war with /kit basic and we didnt really lose anything when we died, since we could spawn it back. That was yesterday, and today I was like, Evan, Truce? And Evan said yeah, so I took him to Squidtown. He took some materials, but I had put up a sign saying squids could take whatever they wanted from my chests so it was alright. I was building a canal, and I decided to make some iron tools. I made them, and while I was building it Evan went up behind me, killed me, and then said something about his team name being pillarde, which in french meant looter or no honer or something. He didnt give my stuff back when I asked and proceeded to run away and hide, and then Collin came on, and after that Evan got reported here..... Edit: Just noticed he decided to take my 30 coal and iron.....  |

Evan, I'd like to hear your side of the story.
I don't know if stabbing a fellow member in the back is a declanning offense, but I would say it may be against the server rules.
The loosest and most overused rule of all. Don't act like an asshole.

Actually, Phaed said the only consquences for violating that rule are social.

If he's out of the clan, make sure he can't read the forums. Just now I saw him being hired as a mercenary for the gentlemen.

Yes, I made sure all he can see is the Applications section.
Should I go ahead and delete his account entirely? I'm thinking it's possible we may be able to turn him back against the gentlemen. Right now he's just a registered non-member.

Shouldnt delete his account entirely. If he ever wants to come back, he can post another application.
Of course, he will probably have to prove his worth again.
