Push-Pins and Excellcior are at the TOP of the BASEMENT STAIRS.

Blueted SOAKS his Tea Towel.
Blueted GRABS 2 STEAK KNIVES.
Blueted DRAGS himself to the TOP of the STAIRS.

Lampman's Lampshade is SPENT. It simply falls to EMBERS.
Lampman's EMBERS then FALL to his Cloth Leg.
Lampman's Cloth Leg IGNITES!
Lampman ATTACKS Mother Tasket's String.
Lampman ROLLS 2 + 8 DENSITY for 10 FIRE DAMAGE to Mother Tasket's String.

Mother Tasket: "ARRUGHHH!"

Mother Tasket's String is DESTROYED. She is down to one string and 2 needles.
Mother Tasket DROPS Tripod.

Tripod ATTACKS Mother Tasket's Needle.
Tripod ROLLS 4 + 7 DENSITY - 3 DURABILITY for 8 ABRASION DAMAGE.
Mother Tasket's Needle is RUBBED to DEATH. Now she's a string and a needle.

James ENTERS the ROOM.

James: "MOTHER! You...you...YOU BASTARDS! I will KILL you ALL! Starting with YOU!"

He levels Choppah at Lampman.

James CHARGES Lampman with Choppah.
James ROLLS 2 + 7 DENSITY + 4 Choppah - 3 DURABILITY for 10 IMPACT DAMAGE to Lampman's Metal Body (hollow).

Lampman's Metal Body (hollow) is DENTED into DESTRUCTION. All he has left is a lightbulb and a flaming leg.

Lance LUNGES at Mother Tasket's Needle.
Lance ROLLS 5 +15 DENSITY - 3 DURABILITY to Mother Tasket's Needle.

Mother Tasket's Needle is DESTROYED. She is now just a string.

Mother Tasket SLINKS away UNDER the BED.

The front door opens and a voice can be heard. Rufus's barking becomes louder.

Sarah: "Seriously Trent, learn to hold it. I hate having to stop every time you have to pee."

Trent: "I was thirsty Sarah! I had a Mega Glug. Do the math. We'll be back on the road to my Summer Camp in no time!"

Tripod, enraged, seeks to annihilate the final piece of the insane mother, again this time grasping at the string with his feet (which do have little pincer thnigs) and pulling her final piece apart, at the voices, he simply went still, falling over on his side on the floor, no time to hide after attempting to finish off Tasket

Vee SEES that the BASEMENT is about the SAME as LAST TIME. Dark, cold, and smelly.

Wally: "Buddies! You're back! Wanna help me create a leak and then fix it? You know you want to!"

Push-Pins: "Shut-up Wally!"

Wally: "Oh, don't you want to help my husband with his little projects? Take it from me, Henrietta Hammer, it'll be fun!"

Push-Pins: "SHUT-UP WALLY! Anyway, the hole to the stone-hold is right there."

Push-Pins DROPS Vee.
Push-Pins POINTS to a HOLE underneath the WORKBENCH.

Lance DIVES through the DOOR and into TRENT'S ROOM just across the HALL.

Blueted CLEARS the MESS by PUSHING it UNDERNEATH the BED.

Tripod DIVES UNDER the BED after Mother Tasket.
Tripod TEARS Mother Tasket to SHREDS.
Tripod PLAYS NON-ALIVE.

Lampman GOES OFF THE RESERVATION!
Lampman USES his Cloth Leg (Burning) to SET FIRE to THE BEDSHEET.
Lampman's Cloth Leg BURNS to USELESSNESS. It still burns.
Lampman is now a PILE OF CRAP and a LIGHTBULB.

James: "I HATE you ALL! You KILLED my MOMMY!"

James is DANGEROUSLY INSANE.
James BRINGS Choppah DOWN on Lampman's Lightbulb HARD.

Lampman is now a DEAD PILE OF CRAP.

Footsteps grow louder as the humans approach the room.

Blueted BACK BUSTS onto the BURNING CLOTH LEG.
Blueted puts out the BURNING CLOTH LEG.

The BEDSHEET keeps BURNING.

Even the insane James knows that the humans can't catch the Things moving around. All the Things play non-alive.

Sarah opens the door.

Sarah: "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED IN HERE!?!"

There are two ruffed-up looking teddy bears on top of what remains of a lamp. There is also a large kitchen knife and two steak knives in the pile. There are also a grey smear where it looks like someone pushed ashes under the bed. The bedspread is on fire.

Trent comes running, having heard his sister's yell. He sees the fire.

Trent: "I got this"

Trent unzips his pants and lets forth a steady stream of golden Fire-B-Gone. The bedspread is no longer on fire, but it is wet and smelly.

Sarah begins to hurl insults like a sailor. You believe one of them may have been the ELDER SWEAR. A swear so powerful that it will release nether-demons from the deepest reaches of hell.

The closest thing to a nether-demon that enters the room is Rufus. He walks over to James and picks him up in his mouth, cradling the bear.

Blueted HEARS a WHISPER.

James: "Good boy Rufus. To the basement."

Rufus LEAVES with James.

Trent: "Hey, what's Blueted doing in here?"

Sarah: "Just take your stupid bear and go!"

Trent PICKS UP Blueted and goes back to his ROOM.

Tripod HEARS Sarah's SOFT SOBS.

Sarah gets over it and looks under the bed. She sees Tripod and a mess that used to be her sewing basket. She throws Tripod out into the hall.

Tripod takes 7 IMPACT DAMAGE to one of his Metal Legs (Jointed).
Tripod's Metal Leg (Jointed) is TWISTED into an ODD SHAPE.

Trent DROPS Blueted in his ROOM and goes DOWNSTAIRS to WATCH TV.

That was probably the second worst possible outcome. Remember when the guide said not to kill the family's cat? That's what you did to Mother Tasket. I think you might actually lose points for that one.

Dhk, you can start posting as Vid now. I assume you're in Trent's room and you just saw Lance lunge in and Trent throw Blueted in.

Vid the car sees a Lego figure burst in the room and a bear being thrown in the room. Before he can ask who they are, he hears a crash in the hallway outside and goes to see what happened. He sees some strange kind of thing and it looks hurt, so he goes back into Trent's room and asks the bear and Lego figure if they can help him get the strange thing to safety, all the while, he does this as quietly as possible because something seems very wrong....

Lance helps Vid push Tripod back into Trent's room.
"I'm Lance. That's Blueted and that's Tripod. Nice to meet you, now who are you?"

Tripod stuggles to his good feet, using his mangled leg as a brace to hold him up "Whew, that was crazy, now I'm all broken again" he mused "I'm going to have to meditate to fix this, i'm not sure John will do it again" he said, it wasn't too bad though, he was still mostly intact "if there's nothing else, i'm going back to the office". Tripod had no intention of getting killed. incidentally, he was only defending himself from the crazy basket-case
